Shipping policy

Shipping rates are listed for Canada, the United States, and the International community.

To my USA Customers: Due to the requirement by the US government to have all duties (tariffs & import fees) prepaid to the US Customs and Border Protection service, Canada Post is now calculating & collecting the duties (if they apply) at checkout.  This means your duties, if applicable, are prepaid and you will not pay tariffs upon delivery by USPS. 

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

International orders outside of Canada and the U.S.A.  may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Silk'n Wilkin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your Artwork has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Silk'n Wilkin which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at silknwilkin@gmail.com with your name and order number.
